All cleaning is done with eco-friendly, professional products that safely remove stains, odors, and allergens.

3. What is the minimum order amount?

Our minimum order is €70, which includes travel, equipment, and professional-grade cleaning products.

You can combine different items — for example, a sofa and mattress — to reach the minimum amount.

4. When and how do I pay?

Payment is made after the cleaning is completed and you are fully satisfied with the results.

You can pay in cash or by bank transfer — whichever is more convenient for you.

No prepayment required.

5. Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Yes! We only use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for families, pets, and delicate fabrics.

No harsh chemicals or strong odors remain after cleaning.

6. Can you remove tough stains like red wine or coffee?

Absolutely. Our professional cleaning process removes most stains — including red wine, coffee, tea, oil, and grease.

For very old or set-in stains, we always test the area first to protect the fabric.

7. Do I need to prepare before the cleaning?

No special preparation required.

Just clear small personal items nearby — our team handles everything else, including protective covers and setup.

8. Do you clean curtains on-site or take them away?

Most curtains are cleaned on-site, directly on the windows.

For delicate or heavily soiled fabrics, we can arrange pickup and delivery for professional off-site cleaning.

9. How often should I schedule deep cleaning?

We recommend every 6–12 months, depending on use, pets, and allergies.

Regular deep cleaning helps maintain hygiene, freshness, and prolongs fabric life.

10. Do you offer cleaning for rental or Airbnb apartments?

Yes! We provide flexible appointments for holiday rentals, Airbnb, and property managers.
